Summary:

Adds an exception to state anti-discrimination laws for bathrooms, locker rooms, sports, prisons, and treatment centers to classify individuals based on biological sex. The House amended the bill to also require public buildings with sex-segregated bathrooms to also provide at least one single occupancy bathroom available for use by all persons.
