Should New Hampshire ban abortions during the first trimester (e.g. after 6 weeks gestation)?
"Very slanted questions, since NH does not have an abortion 'ban', but allows for abortion for six months, and is legal in certain circumstances for the final three months of pregnancy. New Hampshire's abortion laws are some of the most lenient in the country."

"Cannabis is federally illegal and those at the federal level have done nothing to decriminalize it. As such, we should not be passing state laws that conflict with federal laws. Until that issue is resolved, I must take a position against legalization."
