Business Taxes

New Hampshire has two main types of business tax: the business profits tax and the business enterprise tax. The state previously taxed interest and dividends earnings, but that tax was repealed. Business taxes also make up a considerable portion of the state's revenue. This makes them a particularly fraught area of debate.
