Summary:
Establishes a Historic Housing Preservation Tax Credit administered by the Housing Finance Authority. The credit would apply to the Business Profits Tax and/or Business Enterprise Tax. This bill also sends $15 million to the Invest NH fund for developing affordable housing in the state.
