Prohibit zoning, other property regulations aimed at restricting religious activities

Summary:

Prohibits zoning ordinances or other regulations that prohibit or restrict the use of land or structures for religious purposes. The bill allows that the religious use of land and structures may still be limited by narrow, objective regulations related to height of structures, yard size, setbacks, etc.
