Summary:
Revises the law limiting employment for sex offenders, prohibiting registered sex offenders from working at any businesses providing direct services to minors, or direct supervision or one-on-one work with minors.
As introduced, this bill also required criminal background checks for employees and volunteers at any organization focused on providing services or supervision for minors. The House removed this part of the bill.
