Void noncompete agreements for employees who refuse vaccination

Summary:
If an employee is terminated for failing to comply with a vaccine mandate, this bill voids any non-compete agreement signed by the employee.
The House amended the bill to void any non-compete agreement if "an employer makes any material change to the terms of employment for any employee," including new requirements for medical testing or vaccination.
