Prohibit "vaccine passports" for state health and human services

Summary:

Prohibits the Department of Health and Human Services from requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to access department programs, benefits, or services.

The Senate amended the bill to add the text of SB 403. That bill establishes a NH farmer's market program for participants in the women, infants, and children (WIC) nutrition program. The program will supply locally grown fresh produce to WIC participants through the distribution of vouchers redeemable at designated NH farmers' markets.

The Senate also amended the bill to add the text of SB 286. That bill requires the insurance commissioner to establish a pilot program for association health plans.

Lastly, the Senate amended the bill to add the text of SB 407. That bill directs the Department of Health and Human Services to submit a state plan amendment to expand postpartum coverage to 12 months under Medicaid.
