Summary:
Revises the law against criminal threatening to specifically include messages and threats not just towards individuals but towards "the people of one age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, creed, color, marital status, familial status, mental or physical disability, religion, or national origin." The bill also specifically addresses graffiti on public property, not just private property.
