Summary:
Authorizes the Fish and Game Executive Director to issue special permits allowing persons with any physical disability, at their discretion, to hunt from a motor vehicle.
The House amended the bill to more narrowly allow special permits for paraplegia, loss of one or both lower extremities, or loss of the use of one or both lower extremities.
