Summary:
Amends the Education Tax Credit scholarship program by changing eligibility for total household income from 300% of the federal poverty guidelines to 500% of the federal poverty guidelines. Increasing the total household income will increase the number of students qualified to receive an Education Tax Credit scholarship.
