Summary:
Excludes the parcel identified as 50-67 Communication Drive containing a state 911 call center and Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid from the lakes region facility.
The House amended the bill to instead require that proceeds from a sale of the lakes region facility be used to relocate the 911 call center and Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid to a new location, if the sale includes that parcel.
The Senate further amended the bill to allow the use of federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to relocate the 911 call center and Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid.
