Summary:
Requires that upon enrolling in a public school an Education Freedom Account program student's scholarship funding is terminated. At the time of this bill's submission, a student can still access remaining scholarship funds. This bill also requires the scholarship organization administering the Education Freedom Account program to refer any substantial misuse of Education Freedom Account funds to the attorney general, regardless of if it was intentional.
