Makes the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) financially responsible for children undergoing an episode of treatment.
According to the Senate Children and Family Law Committee, "House Bill 177 fixes clerical errors in the language of the original bill that was placed in the statute from last session after two bills were merged creating an unintended error."
