Provide employment protection for military spouses

Summary:
Provides employment protections to the spouses of military service members who are involuntarily mobilized in support of war, national emergency, or contingency operations. In other words, an employer could not fire a military spouse just because a deployment disrupted their ability to work. The bill would apply to New Hampshire employers with 50 or more employees.
