Description: Repeals the New Hampshire Rail Transit Authority, which is responsible for developing passenger rail services in New Hampshire, including commuter rail. The House amended this bill to instead replaced the Rail Transit Authority with the New Hampshire Transportation Council, which would be tasked with studying "methods of implementing new transportation technologies and modes of transportation," including but not limited to rail.
