Summary:
Requires an employer with 15 or more employees to provide a policy on unused paid time off (including accrual, limits, etc.). The employer must also provide a process for time off requests and an accounting of paid time off. Lastly, this bill requires an employer to compensate an employee for unused paid time off if the employee is laid off.
