Summary:
Prohibits students paying out-of-state tuition in the university and community college systems from registering to vote. This bill also requires in-state students to produce a copy of their tuition bill when registering to vote in New Hampshire. Lastly, this bill requires the university and community college systems to provide a list of eligible in-state student voters to the Secretary of State.
