Summary:
Removes high school graduation as a condition for terminating child support.
The House rewrote the bill so that child support is required through age nineteen plus two months if the child is still a full-time student who has not graduated. If the child has disabilities and is enrolled in a program approved by the state board of education, child support continues until age twenty-two.
