Require employers to make disclosures related to tip-sharing

Summary:
Provides that employers administering a tip pooling or sharing arrangement must include an example of the arrangement in their documentation. Employers would then have to provide a written notice of any tip pooling arrangment to the employees. The bill also requires employers using a service charge to disclose the on an itemized receipt how much of the service charge is not going directly to the employee or employees serving the customer.
