Resolution urging Congress to terminate the state of emergency President Trump declared to impose tariff increases. The House amended the bill to more broadly urge Congress to "to review the efficacy of the 2025 IEEPA State of Emergency declaration as well as the efficacy of tariffs policies of earlier administrations."
