Summary:
Requires the Department of Education use the greater of school year 2019-2020 or 2020-2021 average daily membership in attendance (ADMA) for determining education grants in fiscal year 2022. Under current law, the ADMA that would be used to calculate fiscal year 2022 payments would be from the 2020-2021 school year.
