Revise "Surrogacy" law as "Parentage" law
Summary:
Renames the chapter of state law about surrogacy to "parentage." This bill also revises parts of the law. For example, it allows donors to petition a court for non-parentage, basically confirming they are not a parent of a child conceived via assisted reproduction.
