Summary:
Requires the Department of Education to publish online annual performance measures and financial accounting reports for all students and private or religious schools receiving public funds through the Education Freedom Account program. For example, the online reports would have to include the number of special education students enrolled, the total of expenditures per student, teaching staff by educational degree, etc.
