Revise requirements for health insurance coverage of some mental illnesses

Summary:

Requires health insurers to submit the federal comparative analysis for some biologically-based mental illnesses, rather than requiring the state to examine and evaluate health insurers for this coverage. This bill also removes the law setting caps for the coverage for autism.
