Revise calculation of per-pupil funding for charter and other public schools
Summary:
Revises the determination of tuition amounts paid to chartered public schools and to the determination of adequate education grants to municipalities. For example, this bill takes into account whether a district offers full-day or half-day kindergarten and partially counts home-school students taking one or more high school courses towards funding needs.
