Summary:

Increases the Medicaid reimbursement rate for hospital birthing services by 25%.

The Senate then completely rewrote the bill to send $36 million to the Department of Transportation for bridges, $30 million to the Department of Transportation to the local highway fund, and $1 million for the Body-Worn and Dashboard Camera Fund. The rewritten bill also allows the Department of Transportation to use dash cameras in its fleet.

The House amended the bill to also authorize the Department of Transportation to proceed with the Dixville-Colebrook road project if certain criteria are met.
