Summary:
Establishes a five-year term limit for the adjutant general, and lowers the mandatory retirement age for the adjutant general from 65 to 64. The bill then creates a new appointment process for the commandant of the New Hampshire veterans' home.
The Senate rewrote the bill. The new bill adopts the physician associate (PA) licensure compact.
The Senate then added the substance of the bill to HB 1772.
