Summary:
Establishes a five-year term limit for the adjutant general, and lowers the mandatory retirement age for the adjutant general from 65 to 64. The bill then creates a new appointment process for the commandant of the New Hampshire veterans' home.
The House rewrote the bill. The new bill adopts the physician associate (PA) licensure compact.
