Summary:
Sends $130 million to the Youth Development Center (YDC) Settlement Fund. The bill then directs how the sale of the Sununu Youth Services Center (SYSC) should proceed.
The Senate cut the $130 million from the bill.
The House amended the bill so that proceeds from the sale will go to the general fund of all tax dollars instead of the settlement fund.
