Summary:
Allows parents and guardians to delegate parental rights to a "temporary agent," up to 60 days.
The House tried to add the text of HB 185 to this bill. HB 185 says that it is the policy of the state to support approximately equal parenting time. A conference committee of representatives and senators did not approve that addition.
