Summary:
Establishes a legislative committee to study the prevalence of school bullying and examine means to prevent it.
The House amended the bill to also modify the exemption of teacher certification records under the Right-to-Know law by replacing the term "teacher" with "educator". The amended bill also permits a school board to assign personnel to perform superintendent services.
