Charlene Lovett Experience:

"I am a 22-year Army veteran and the former Mayor of Claremont (2016-2021). I also served on the Claremont School Board (2009-2013), the NH House of Representatives (2011-2012), and the City Council as a Councilor (2014-2015). During my time as mayor, I was also a member of two national coalitions - Cities Thrive and Climate Mayors. I have served on numerous city boards and committees, including the Claremont Planning Board, Policy Committee, Finance Committee and Energy Advisory Committee. I have also served as chair on both the Valley Regional Hospital Board of Trustees and the River Valley Community College Advisory Committee. Currently, I am the Vice-Chair of the Claremont Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, the Historian for American Legion Post 29, a member of the NH Legal Aid Leadership Council Campaign, the Board of West Central Behavior Health, and a member of the NH Advisory Committee for the United States Global Leadership Coalition."
