Lily Tang Williams is a Republican candidate and vocal critic of communism who fled China for the United States. This marks her third bid for New Hampshire’s 2nd District House seat, having run in 2022 and 2024. Williams says of her candidacy: "I want to give back to the country I love, fight to keep American Dream alive and serve the people in NH-02 with integrity, compassion and transparency."

"Inflation is a monetary problem that can be addressed fiscally by stopping the creation of too much money, reducing spending, and cutting deficits. I will support bringing back the balanced budget amendment proposed in 1995 - when the House endorsed a balanced budget amendment to the U.S. Constitution aimed at eliminating federal deficits."

But I'd like to see that focus on adversary countries, not the people, the countries we still think, you know, they're okay, we can still call Canadians friends, right? I mean, they're next to us. And it's beautiful up there. So I think that we hope that maybe they will come to the table to negotiate. And at the same time that I agree, it does hurt New Hampshire, maybe more so than some other states."

Ever since then, it's not affordable. ... My plan on health care, number one, we need to increase competition, free market competition, drive price down. And we have not done that. We cannot even buy insurance across state lines like you buy a car insurance. Number two Health Savings Account. Anyone who wants to have some cash in a pre-tax savings account used for emergencies. ... And number three, we should allow association plans."

We must consider the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision that stops the Biden Administration's misguided efforts. The 6-to-3 decision ruled that the EPA does not have the authority to regulate the carbon emissions of power plants. Clearly, the EPA, which was created during the Nixon administration, can no longer create un-legislated edicts which are constitutionally reserved for the States. The people of New Hampshire have a right to decide what is best for them in regards to preserving and protecting our natural environment, while also leading in innovative energy solutions."
