"I do not think that the federal government should incentivize students to take large loans for degrees or programs for minimal return. However, if loan payments are reduced based on income but are just extended until paid in full then I guess it's OK. At the end of the day, I don't believe the federal government should be involved in loan repayment unless it's a federal loan program."
