Summary:
Repeals the law regulating cash dispensing machines. This bill was requested by the Banking Department.
The Senate amended the bill to also send funds to the New Hampshire Canadian Trade Council.
The Senate also added the text of SB 134 to this bill. SB 134 establishes a retirement system benefit for firefighters and law enforcement who retire due to a violent act injury.
