HB 1584 (2026)
Mandate notice of vaccine exemptions, require pharmacies to notify consumers of lowest drug price
This bill is still active.
Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to display notice of medical and religious immunization exemptions on all promotional materials.
The Senate amended the bill to also require pharmacies to "make reasonable efforts" to notify consumers of their right to request the lowest available price for prescription drugs (similar to part of SB 665).
The Senate amendment also increased eligibility for child care scholarships (similar to SB 645), but a conference committee of representatives and senators rejected that addition.
