Summary:
Prohibits the teaching of "personal identity ideology" in schools. The bill defines personal identity ideology to include "any approach or form of teaching that prioritizes personal identity characteristics," such as race, sexual orientation, or religion, "over individual merit." The bill further prohibits any school employee, student, or parent to declare preferred pronouns.
