Summary:
Directs the dissolution of the Department of Health and Human Services' (DHHS) Office of Health Equity, Department of Environmental Services' (DES) Functions for Civil Rights and Environmental Justice, and the Governor's Advisory Council on Diversity and Inclusion.
The House rewrote the bill to instead require the dissolution of the DHHS Office of Health Access and the DES Functions for Environmental Justice.
