Establish college graduate retention incentive program

Establishes the New Hampshire college graduate retention incentive program. Graduates who go on to work for eligible New Hampshire employers, in certain high-need fields, would be eligible for up to $20,000 in loan forgiveness over four years. An additional program would provide up to $1,000 each year for five years as a cash rebate. The state would also provide a $500 business tax rebate to the employer. An additional program would pay 50% of intern wages, up to $5,000 per year.
