Should New Hampshire legalize the recreational use of marijuana by licensing growers and private retail locations?

When asked about marijuana legalization in general on the 2020 Citizens Count issue survey, Boehm wrote, "In this period of opioid abuse, and a lot of addicts attribute Marijuana as their starting point. Not at this time."

Boehm voted against legalizing and taxing private marijuana sales in 2019 (HB 481), 2016 (HB 1694), and 2012 (HB 1705).

Boehm voted in favor of HB 625, a 2021 bill to prohibit abortion after 24 weeks gestation, unless there is a medical emergency. The bill did not include exceptions for rape or incest.

When asked about a 20-week abortion ban on the Citizens Count issue survey, Boehm indicated, "I support a ban on abortion after 20 weeks gestation, with exceptions for cases of rape/incest and health complications."
