Should NH legalize the recreational use of marijuana?

"I am opposed to legalizing recreational marijuana until the federal government changes it from being a schedule C drug. Should New Hampshire continue to participate in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, which requires utilities to purchase allowances for every ton of carbon they emit?

Citizens Count Issue Survey, 2020

Should New Hampshire extend the renewable portfolio standard past 2025, requiring public utilities to obtain more than 25% of electricity from renewable energy sources?

"It is unrealistic that we will reach 25% of our electricity from renewables by 2025, we need to work together towards a realistic goal that we can achieve without hurting those on fixed incomes who are disproportionately effected by high electricity rates."
