"As chair of Enfield's planning board, I am committed to an overhaul of our zoning regs which will reduce the many regulatory barriers to housing which currently exist. We will encourage a variety of housing types which meet the needs of all demographic groups from young singles to seniors. We are currently working on this with our professional planning consultants (funded 100% by a NH Housing Opportunity grant which I wrote) and expect to bring a complete package before the voters for their consideration at the 2025 Town Meeting."
