Should New Hampshire ban abortions during the first trimester (e.g. after 6 weeks gestation)?

Should New Hampshire lower business taxes?
"The Tax Foundation ranks New Hampshire's corporate/business-tax component 37th. NFIB New Hampshire has repeatedly flagged the dual-tax system, the BET's hit on payroll, a short 10-year NOL carryforward with a cap, limited Section 179 expensing, and lack of bonus depreciation as reasons the state underperforms on this specific ranking - even ranking behind several higher-tax Northeastern neighbors on the corporate component. Reasonable business tax decreases makes NH more competitive with higher tax neighbors."Against| Read My Position

Should New Hampshire government do more to address climate change?
"Climate change is not settled science, especially since there has been active geoengineering and cloud seeding in NH since 1985. Attempts to kill that law have failed multiple times in the House. How can one know what the climate is doing if think tanks and NGOs are purposely injecting aerosols and spraying alkali metals into the atmosphere?"

Do you support giving voters who register without ID on Election Day a ballot that only counts if they return identifying documents to the state before a deadline?
"A photograph should also be taken by an election or town official at the time of registering. This is a sensitive topic for me because I witnessed 125 individuals register and vote on the same day during a Presidential election. They all arrived together not one of them had identification. The ballots back then could not be tracked."

Should the state do more to encourage municipalities to remove zoning barriers to housing development?
"Encourage, not mandate. Every town is different and a cookie cutter approach could be devastating. Site review for water, septic, and traffic belongs in town for that reason. Local control is the process that protects that: planning board, zoning amendment at town meeting, and neighbors who live with the result."Against| Read My Position

Do you support legislation to expand the net energy metering system capacity cap from 1 MW to 5 MW for all residential and commercial customers in New Hampshire?
"Residential is the key word. Who can host the bigger system? Not a renter. Not a typical Granite State household. The increased does almost nothing for ordinary ratepayers."For| Read My Position

Do you support New Hampshire’s current system of public school funding, with about two-thirds of total funding coming from local property taxes?
"The administration and staffing mix needs to be more transparent and fiscally responsible. Analyses using Census/state data put New Hampshire administrative spending around $2,029 per student, second-highest in the country and roughly 68% above the national average. Enrollment has fallen for decades while real per-pupil spending nearly doubled since 2001; recent years show administration and “all other” spending rising faster than instruction. So yes, I accept property tax as the main local school tax. What I do not accept is a blank check for irresponsible fiscal spending. Local voters should see the SAU budget as its own article, cap how fast the school levy can grow, and stop paying for administration that grows while enrollment decreases."Against| Read My Position

Should New Hampshire legalize the recreational use of marijuana by allowing home-growing and private use without sales?
"Impaired driving remains the hard problem. There is still no alcohol-style roadside number for THC and true detection requires specialized training of law enforcement. Medical use is currently allowed in NH."Against| Read My Position

Should New Hampshire raise the minimum wage?
"Minimum wage is a starting point only, and not meant to be a perpetual wage for a worker. Increased wages for a worker from this level should be merit based and determined by the employer."

Should New Hampshire add legal protections for residents of other states who travel here for health care related to abortion or gender transition?
