Should New Hampshire extend the renewable portfolio standard past 2025, requiring public utilities to obtain more than 25% of electricity from renewable energy sources?

"the problem with this is that the power companies wont comply. their lobbyists are writing these policies. that's why the people are buying at 22c/kwh but when they over produce only get about 4c/kwh and still have to pay for connection. this is also why the tax tokens are sold to power companies to falsely claim that they produced the power. the government should be representing the people, not the power companies. these bad policies are quite literally why more residencial households cant heat and utility off of solar or wind in a broad spectrum way."
